Our Website
Browsing for Products on our Website
The goal of our website is help you find just what you want from our vast selection of fine
home furnishings and furniture. Our site is fun - you can browse for over
5,000 products in the privacy of your home or office without the stress of dealing with
salespeople. It is also easy - we give you a number of ways to search for the products you want, and our pictures and product information will help you decide if a product is right for you.
There are four simple ways to begin your search. You can either "Browse Collections by Style", "Shop by Product Type", use our
"Narrow Your Search" tool, or use our "Key Word Search" tool.
BROWSE COLLECTIONS BY
ROOM
Whether you know exactly what you want or if you want
ideas and inspiration on how to decorate and furnish your
room, this is a perfect way to begin your search. You
will be able to browse through beautiful photographs of living
rooms, leather
furniture, reclining
furniture, dining
rooms, master bedrooms,
kids rooms, home
office, kitchens,
occasional tables,
and entertainment wall
units. (click these links to go directly there
now) Either choose the room in your home that you want
to shop for or the click a link that says "furniture
sets" or "furniture collections." You will see three columns of pictures, each of which contains collections of furniture.
You can narrow your search by style (traditional, modern,
cottage, mission and casual), by wood type or upholstery
material, by finish darkness, and much more. If you
have a high speed Internet connection, you can even change
the number of small thumbnail images that display on each
page of our site. To do this, just change the Items
Per Page setting to "View all."
If at any time you find a collection picture that interests you -
just click the picture to get more information. You will see three things: a bigger picture of the collection, a detailed description, and a list of all the products in that collection at the bottom of the page.
Coordinating items are located at the bottom of the
page. These items are from the same collection and are
designed to go together. You can click on any of these
thumbnail images or line drawings to get pictures and information about each product.
If you want to get back to the "Browse Collections by
Room" thumbnail images page again, just hit "Back" at the top of your browser or click on
the Room Tab again from the header above. You can always hit "Home" on the navigation bar as well to start from the very beginning.
SHOP FOR PRODUCT TYPE
Looking for a specific piece of furniture like a bed, desk,
end table, or sofa? Just click on the word for the product type you are looking for on the
menu to the left. This will bring you to a page that
shows that type of product. We have standardized
product types on our website to make it easy for you to find
just what you are looking for. Click
Here for an alphabetical list of all our product
types. From this page you can view all the items related to this product type by clicking the button "View
All." If any of the items you see interest you, just click on the
thumbnail image and it will take you directly to that product's information page to see a bigger picture and receive more information.
Narrow Your Search or Power Search
If you have a specific set of requirements such as wood
type, finish darkness, dimensions, and/or style then this is the tool for you!
You will see a "Narrow Your Search" tool on the
right hand side of many of the pages you browse on.
Simply select your preferences on that form and it will
filter out those products which do not match your
criteria. By narrowing your search you can very
quickly find those items which may work for you such as an
oak sofa table that is no wider than 50 inches. It
will show you only the ones that meet your requirements.
Those that do will be shown to the left of the Narrow Your Search form.
If too many or too few products appear you can quickly refine your existing search and click on the "Search" button again.
Once you've found a reasonable selection simply click on one of the products to view a larger image and extensive product information.
Key Word Search
If you know the brand name, collection name or item
number of a particular product and want to find it quickly just type the
descriptive words into the keyword search box in the top header and click "Go".
You can also quickly find a selection of products based on one or more keywords such as "Bookcase", "Traditional Desk", "Executive Chair", "Maple Contemporary Armoire", etc. Just type in the keywords that describe what you are looking for and click "Go".
It is recommended that you use words in their singular form (not plural) such as "Desk" instead of "Desks". This will likely improve on the number of items found.
You can also narrow your
search within a search by choosing the "Current
Results" next to keyword search and then typing in a
key word or phrase. It works great. Just try it.
Shop by Brand
You can also shop by brand on our website. In
fact, because we can't possibly show everything available
from all our suppliers, you we provide links to many of our
manufacturers' websites for your convenience. Some
even have handy tools such as custom room planners and
upholstery customization. To view our list of brands

Compare Items
On many of the browse items pages you will see a check
box underneath individual items that says, "Select For
Comparison." If you click this box below several
items, and then click the "Compare" button, our
website will provide you with information rich side by side
comparisons. We want to make it easy for you to get
the information needed to evaluate, compare and
choose. You can also compare items that are saved into
your wish list. Just remember that the site will only
allow you to compare like items. In other words you
can compare an armoire with another armoire, but not with a
recliner - since they do not have the same features.
Wish List
Registered customers can save items into a wish
list. This is a handy feature that allows our site
visitors to save items that they are interested in to view
them at any time in the future (even from another computer)
by logging into their account from our website. To
save items into a wish list, simply go to that item page on
our website and click the button that says, "Add to
Wish List." 
If you are already logged in, it will simply add the item to
your wish list. If you have previously registered, but
are not logged in, it will ask you to log in with your
username and password. If you can't remember your
password, you can reset it.
If you haven't signed up yet, it is simple. You will
be given the option to sign up for our email too - which is
a great way to get exclusive offers and special deals.
If you don't want to sign up for our email, you can also
sign up for wish list only - which only requires a unique
user name and password. Please note that we have a
strict privacy policy and
will never sell or rent your personal information to any
third party and you can unsubscribe at any time.
